Guest Lecture at City College of New York

August 29, 2020, was the first day of class for CCNY graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in “Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).” The course was created by Angelo Lampousis, Ph.D. of the Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences and taught by Maria Cogliando in conjunction with the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE). Ezgi Karayel was a guest lecturer on October 3, 2020, and October 17, 2020 to teach historical database sections of Phase I ESAs, including Land Title Records and Tax Records, Historical USGS Topographic Quadrangles, Historical Aerial Photographs, Historical Fire Insurance Maps (Sanborn Maps) and City Directories
